Rolls Royce Bentley Limousine Charleston SC
Our 1957 Bentley S1 is one of about 3000 ever built in history. This vehicle, graced with the winged B, is an elegant vessel that transports our clients in style around the historic streets of Charleston and surrounding areas.  Our Bentley was originally discovered in an exclusive car museum.  Found in excellent condition, Vintage Chariots refurbished the vehicle to mint quality condition and re-modified the engine to ensure dependency.  We believe our Bentley is the most refined vintage vehicle for hire in the state.

The History of Bentley Motor Cars:

A young man, obsessed with a need for speed, began the Bentley legacy.  W.O. Bentley was a brilliant engineer who, mesmerized by the graceful hum of race cars, envisioned and created a new internal combustion engine, which lead him to many racing victories around the world.  Bentley built a smooth, elegant ride that exceeded his expectations as an engineer, a driver, and as a gentleman.  Bentley, a raw genius, introduced the new hand-built EXP1 3-litre engine; and the Bentley Empire began with those first thunderous roars.

The History of the 1957 Bentley S1:

Claiming it to be the fastest four-seater in the world, Bentley built the 1957 S1 models with a straight six cylinder F-engine with 4,887 cc, cast-iron cylinder blocks, aluminum alloy cylinder heads and a dual SU carburetor type HD6.

Though built by Rolls Royce after the merger in the 1930s, Bentley continued to maintain its own identity and consumers required a higher demand from Bentley automobiles due to their prestigious name for fine engineering.
