AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION, PAYMENT AND HIRE

Limo Service
Reservation, payment and hire
of Vintage Chariots, LLC, Charleston, SC vintage limo service, is with full
acknowledgement and agreement of the following terms and conditions:
I.
DEPOSIT POLICY
A Non-Refundable deposit of $200 is required for all reservations
and is charged to the credit card account on file.
II.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation fee equal to
100% of the total trip cost, including Gratuity, is charged to the credit card
on file for any cancellation that is made less than Thirty (30) days before the
scheduled pickup time. Once a
reservation has been received and an email confirmation of said reservation has
been returned to the Client, the total number hours of Classic Car limousine
service cannot be reduced. All
Classic Car limousine outings are booked according to the Client's reservation
form and are reserved for that time period, allowing Vintage Chariot’s to book
other Classic Car limousine outings, before or after, depending on Client's
reserved time. If your Classic Car
limousine service ends early for any reason, you will be charged for the total
amount specified in the original Classic Car limousine reservation form sent to
Vintage Chariots, LLC by Client.
III.
NO SHOW POLICY
If a Client fails to show at
the designated location for which a scheduled reservation has been made, a No
Show Fee equal to 100% of the total trip cost, including gratuity, is charged
to the credit card on file. This
includes any cancellations after a Vintage Chariot chauffeur has reached or is
in route to a reservation's location.
IV.
PAYMENT POLICY
A Credit Card (Discover, Master
Card and Visa) is the standard accepted and agreed upon payment method and must
be on file prior to reservation's confirmation. The credit card on file will be used for all charges, unless
otherwise indicated. A 20%
gratuity is added to all Classic Car limousine services. Charges will reflect costs
incurred while performing Classic Car limousine services, including but not
limited to weddings, proms, anniversary, birthdays, refined business events,
proposals, and airport pick up. Services for reservations placed with Vintage
Chariots, LLC by the client, its agents, and any individuals requesting
transportation as an authorized employee by the client and will reflect costs
including but not limited to trip charges, parking, and gratuity.
V.
OVERTIME POLICY
Client is responsible for the
full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original reservation
agreement. Overtime is charged in
thirty (30) minute increments and begins at 15 minutes into the final hour of
the scheduled reservation. Client
acknowledges that there is no guarantee that overtime hours will be available,
and Client agrees to use his/her best efforts in specifying a sufficient number
of hours for the Classic Car limousine outing. The time of Classic Car limousine service ends when all
passengers and belongings are removed from the vehicle and the Classic Car
limousine is clear to drive off.
VI. CHARLESTON, MYRTLE BEACH OR COLUMBIA
AIRPORT PICK-UPS
Additional charges may incur
for waiting time for arriving flights. There is no extra charge for the first
15 minutes of delay. After 15 minutes there is an extra $30 per half hour of
waiting time. For all arriving flights, meet our professional chauffeur at the
limo waiting area at the terminal.

do not leave the airport before calling our Charleston office for assistance.

VII.
RESERVATION POLICY
Reservations may be booked 24
hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year by calling our reservation
number: 843.637.6459. Any changes
or cancellations may also be made by calling our reservation number. Vintage Chariots, LLC encourages all
Clients to make reservations at least thirty (30) days in advance. Less than thirty (30) days notice is
subject to availability. It is
suggested that the Client supplies Vintage Chariots, LLC's number to all
traveling passengers.
VIII.
SUBCONTRACTING POLICY
Vintage Chariots, LLC reserves
the right to subcontract any Charleston limo or vintage limo service booked and
confirmed with Vintage Chariot’s to one of our affiliate antique car and
limousine companies should the need arise. We also reserve the right to supply the credit card
information, submitted on our reservation form, with said affiliate Charleston
limousine companies to cover the cost of limousine service.
IX.
NO SMOKING POLICY
All of Vintage Chariot’s
Classic Cars are non-smoking. Client agrees that there will be no
smoking in our vehicle(s). If
smoking does occur, client will be charged a $300 fee.
X.
LOST AND FOUND POLICY
Vintage Chariots, LLC, or its
Chauffeurs, are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Vintage
Chariots will make all possible
attempts to retrieve items.
XI.
SPECIAL LIMO AMENITIES POLICY
Our professional chauffeurs
provide ice, soft drinks and bottled water for all passengers and if requested
ahead of time, any other non-alcoholic
beverage. Client agrees that any
passenger under 21 years of age shall not consume alcoholic beverages. Vintage Chariots, LLC, and its agents
and employees, also strongly suggests the use of seat belts while the vehicle
is in motion. For other special
requests, please specify in the client information sheet and Vintage Chariots,
LLC will attempt to accommodate all reasonable requests.
XII.
ILLEGAL DRUG POLICY
Client agrees that no illegal
drugs will be consumed or contained in our vehicle(s).
XIII.
TERMINATION OF CLASSIC CAR LIMOUSINE SERVICE POLICY
In case of misconduct or Drug
use by Client or their party, or if Chauffeur is or feels threatened,
Chauffeur has the right to
terminate Classic Car limousine service and this agreement without any refunds
and drop all passengers off at the nearest safe location. Client holds Vintage
Chariots, LLC, its agents and
employees, harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising
from the conduct of Client and/or their party.
XIV.
DAMAGES POLICY
If anything is lost or stolen
inside the vehicle, there is a $100 minimum replacement fee. If anyone gets sick and vomits inside
the vehicle, there is a $300 minimum clean up fee. Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed
by Client or their party during service, either willfully or accidentally. Any actions that cause damage on our
vehicle(s) can result in extra
charges of at least $100 or
more. Client understands, and is
aware, that he or she is booking an antique car and any damage to the interior
or exterior of the car may require special repair or replacement at substantial
rates.
XV.
MISCELLANEOUS POLICIES
Client agrees that the
passenger capacity of any vehicle provided shall not be exceeded.
If passengers are minors, a
phone number(s) of one or more of the minors' parents must be provided to the
Chauffeur prior to the start of service. If any under age drinking or drug use
occurs, the service will be terminated immediately with no refund. The minors will
be returned to the original pick up location and the parents will be called.
XVI.
WAIVER
If one party agrees to waive
its right to enforce any term of this agreement, it does not waive its right to
enforce such term or any or all other terms of this agreement at any other
time.
Vintage Chariots, LLC does not
guarantee arrival at or departure from any point at a specific time due to
circumstances beyond its control such as accidents, breakdowns, traffic and
road conditions, storms, etc. and shall not be held liable for claims resulting
in delays from such conditions.
Vintage Chariots, LLC cannot be held responsible for delays or
inconveniences due to unknown and/or unforeseen mechanical failures or situations
deemed as "Acts of God." Client understands the vehicle was
manufactured before seatbelts, and therefore, does not require their use. Vintage Chariots, LLC reserves the
right to substitute the contracted vintage limo in the event of such an occurrence
mentioned above with a vehicle from one of our affiliate limousine
companies. Client waives all
claims for consequential damages and agrees that liability shall be limited to
the costs accrued to Vintage Chariots, LLC for the disputed service.
XVII.
INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS
Vintage Chariots, LLC and
Client each agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party from
and against all claims, actions or causes of action, liabilities, including
reasonable attorneys' fees, and costs arising from the defense of any claim,
action, cause of action or liabilities arising out of or resulting from any act
taken or committed by Vintage Chariots, LLC or Client pursuant to the
performance of each party's obligations hereunder. Vintage Chariots,
LLC and Client each agree to
defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party for any claim, action,
cause of action, and liabilities which may be asserted by third parties arising
out of the performance of either party's obligations pursuant to this contract,
except for the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the other party.
XVIII.
LITIGATION
If any provision of this
agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that
provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect
the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Regardless of the place of this
agreement, the
Client agrees that any disputes
arising from this contract will be litigated or arbitrated in
Berkeley County, South
Carolina. In the event any legal
action is taken by either party against the other party to enforce any of the
terms and conditions of this agreement, it is agreed that the unsuccessful
party to such action shall pay to the prevailing party therein all court costs,
reasonable attorneys' fees, and expenses.
This Agreement is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of
the State of South Carolina.
XIX.
ACCEPTANCE
Client has read the terms and
conditions stated above, and agrees to all stated terms and conditions. Client hereby authorizes Vintage
Chariots, LLC to charge the credit card account on file for any transportation
related services, which may be rendered through Vintage Chariots,
